ARTC’s Senior Team is a USATF Track & Field club that competes in three full seasons: Cross Country, Indoor Track & Field, and Outdoor Track & Field. Club programs differ from school programs in that we have longer seasons with more events to attend, but less back to back competitions, providing more time for development. This allows us to have uninterrupted blocks of training which is a key factor for athletic development. Our practice schedule changes season to season, but the general layout remains consistent with five sessions of two hours weekly, usually having Wednesdays and Sundays off. These are held at various locations throughout Northwest Arkansas. For more information or to schedule a time to attend a practice, please send us a message!
CHALLENGE YOUR LIMITS
The Senior Team is comprised of high school aged athletes looking to maximize their training and development by utilizing access to the highest level of coaching and leadership available. While this team has shown impressive success at local, regional, and national levels, performance is not the primary objective overall. Prioritizing the development of each athlete as a person is the primary purpose of this program with performance always coming second to this. We have high standards and hold every athlete accountable. Programming is built on an individual basis yet conducted together as a team. Educating our athletes is at the root of who we are. We want every athlete to leave us having a great understanding of the fundamentals that contribute to great development. From training, to how we conduct ourselves day to day, we cover it all.

ARTC's Senior Team operates on a 30-day rolling contract, so you are never locked in long term. The team has an annual fee to provide athletes with USATF memberships and ARTC gear, as well as, a monthly coaching fee to cover programming and coaching.
