What is Arkansas Track
As one of the premier running clubs in America, Arkansas Track Club is composed of National caliber Elite and Youth teams as well as a competitive Open and Masters division. ARTC supports a diverse and inclusive community of athletes as they pursue their dreams in track & field, mountain, ultra, trail, cross-country, and road racing while continuing to grow the sport of running through its events, camps and community outreach. Our purpose is clear...to provide members with the coaching, education, leadership, and support necessary to become the best version of themselves as a person and athlete. As individuals, athletes are important to the program, but we believe each plays a vital role in the success of their teammates as well. We strive to create a culture that is not only welcoming of all abilities but encouraging to push athletes beyond their perceived limits.

I used to be constantly injured while running at high school. When I made the transition to ARTC I was worried I would continue to have these injuries. The opposite ended up being true. So much emphasis is put on proper training sessions and proper recovery from training that my injuries have all subsided completely and I have been injury free since.. The coaches spent time with me early when I joined teaching and listening to past issues.
