With a combination of science-backed training, dedicated coaching, and a team-driven atmosphere, this program ensures that every athlete has the structure and support needed to train effectively. You’ll have the flexibility to follow a structured plan on your schedule while also participating in team workouts, race-day meetups, and expert led sessions that enhance your training experience.

TEAM RACE SCHEDULE
This schedule highlights the team’s key races for the season. While additional races may be added, athletes are always welcome to compete in other events. However, prioritizing smart race selection over frequent racing is key to long-term development. We encourage athletes to align their race schedule with team goals and structured training for optimal progress.

Priority A: Key races where the team focuses on peak performance and strong representation.
Priority B: Important tune-up races to test pacing, strategy, fitness, and nutrition before peak events.
Priority C: Fun or optional races that provide extra racing experience without structured team focus.
