You’ll work directly with your coach to create a sustainable, personalized strategy centered around your goals, history, and availability. Every session is programmed with intention — whether you’re building base fitness, preparing for a race, or returning from injury. Strength, nutrition, and recovery guidance are integrated to ensure full-spectrum development.
From performance testing and season planning to injury prevention and race execution, this coaching experience is built entirely around your needs, your path, and your potential.

MEET THE COACHES

SHAWN WIERICK, MS, MBA
Shawn Wierick is more than a high-level coach — he’s a leader, educator, and builder of people. With over two decade of experience across track, road, and ultra disciplines, he’s helped athletes grow into stronger competitors and more resilient humans.
Currently completing a PhD in Exercise Science and a dietetic internship to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), Shawn blends academic expertise with real-world coaching. He holds master’s degrees in Leadership & Ethics and Business, along with certifications in strength & conditioning and endurance coaching.
Shawn’s philosophy is rooted in precision and purpose. He builds science-based, personalized systems focused on the whole athlete — performance, recovery, mindset, and life. To him, great coaching is built on trust, communication, and doing things the right way.

ERIN WARREN, PT, DPT
Erin Warren brings deep expertise and lived experience to her coaching. A licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy, USATF-certified coach, and elite runner, she knows what it takes to train, compete, and stay healthy. As a former NCAA Division I athlete and current ARTC Elite Team member, she blends competitive insight with evidence-based practice to help athletes build strength, confidence, and resilience.
As a practicing DPT at Graymatter Performance, Erin applies a clinical eye to movement, durability, and long-term progress. She doesn’t just prescribe workouts — she coaches with intent, using her medical background to guide smart training decisions and reduce injury risk.
A long-time member of Arkansas Track Club, Erin plays a vital role in helping athletes reach their goals. Her coaching reflects the same grit, care, and professionalism she brings to her own racing.
